Where do you deliver to in South Africa?

Euro Auto Parts Automotive utilises well known courier services that can deliver to just about any place within Southern Africa.

 

If I make a payment over the internet will my card details be safe?

Euro Auto Parts Automotive employs a third party, iPay, that deals specifically with online payments and is safe and secure. No details are collected or distributed, with the latest technology employed to ensure reduced risk in fraud and to protect your financial information.

 

What type of quality parts do you supply?

Euro Auto Parts Automotive strives to ensure that all parts supplied are of O.E.M quality standard, and offers a full 1 year warranty on all parts supplied*.

 

How do I know that I will get the right parts?

Euro Auto Parts Automotive has built an extensive online catalogue that is extremely user friendly.

Each part listed has been extensively cross referenced against the O.E. part number, and also the suitability of the part as recorded against the vehicle as per the BMW Parts Catalogue.

All care is taken to ensure that the correct part is suitably matched whilst displaying a picture of the item, as well as the O.E. Part Number.

If you are still unsure as to the suitability of the part please do not hesitate to contact us.

 

How long will it take me to receive my order?

All goods are dispatched by courier within 1 Business Day of receiving confirmation of payment, unless otherwise stated.

Dependant on your location it could take up to 36 hours from time of dispatch for you to receive your goods.

 

What happens if my parts arrive damaged, or if the courier loses them?

Every care is taken by ensuring that your parcel is safely secured with sufficient packaging materials.

In the unfortunate event that you receive a damaged parcel, or the couriers lose track of the parcel, you will be able to claim directly from the couriers as we offer insurance as standard on all our shipments.

 

What happens if I need to return the goods back to you?

All goods need to be returned to us with 10 days for a full refund (Please see our return policy page)

 

What happens if the part turns out to be faulty?

Whilst all care is taken to ensure that all items supplied are of a superior quality, from time to time it may arise that a mechanical device or item can turn out to be faulty.

Euro Auto Parts is aware of the frustration it can cause and has highlighted this in our returns policy page.
